The best way to ensure that any invitation meets your expectations is to see, and maybe more importantly, to touch an actual sample. Because we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, we strongly recommend that you order a sample invitation set before placing an order. The entire cost of the samples will be credited to your order.

When You are Ready to Order


 
Step 1: The Consultation

In order to begin, we do a consultation via email or over the phone. We will discuss what is important to you and what you want your invitation to say. If you have specific ideas of what you are looking, for we ask you e mail us samples, sketches or anything to help us understand. At this initial consult we will discuss colors, fonts, embellishments, paper types, wording choices and so on. If you aren't sure what you are looking for - not to worry - we will ask questions and to help understand more about you and the look you wish to achieve.

Step 2: The Design Stage

After this initial consult if you decide to go forward we will require a 50% deposit payment. You may pay by money order, cheque or PayPal*. Money orders and cheques must clear the bank first and may take up to 14 days. An email will confirm the deposit payment. Email your wording information to us at cartablanca@sympatico.ca Acceptable e-mail attachment files include Microsoft Word, Publisher or text documents. Be sure to submit your wording exactly as you would like it to appear on your invitation sets. Include information for your invitation, reply card, and reception card, as well as return address information. You may also type your wording directly into your email file. After receipt of your Information Form, we start creating your proofs. We go back and forth on your proofs until you are satisfied.

Step 3: The Final Stage

After we receive your approval for each proof, we will send a confirmation email to inform you that we are proceeding with your order. Once you have ‘signed-off’ electronically  we will give you an estimated delivery date. It will take two to eight weeks from the date we receive your final approvals to complete your order, depending on quantity, printing methods, complexity, etc. – you will be notified at the time your order is placed and given an estimated delivery date.

Payment of your balance plus shipping charges is required before your order will be shipped. Please allow up to 7 days for standard delivery or request express delivery.

Refund Policy
Please understand that you are ordering a custom product. No refunds for invitation sets will be given after the approval stage. You may, however, for any reason, cancel your order BEFORE you return your approved proofs to us. If you choose to cancel your order BEFORE your proofs are approved, CartaBlanca will issue a refund in the amount of your initial payment less a $75.00 processing fee.
